Job description Position: International Marketing Research Analyst Type of position: This is a part-time position. Working hours: 15 hours per week Specific job responsibilities include: Forecast sales based on previous product performances, marketing campaign effectiveness, trade and market conditions; Analyze sales data to get consumer insight, such as: customer segmentation, retention analysis, lifetime value analysis; Analyze data from online marketing campaigns, including user response, Web site conversions, feature usage, attrition rates and sales; Perform marketing campaign analysis for all integrated marketing communications related activities, such as branding, advertising and Web site marketing; Assist budgeting by providing financial analysis related to marketing spending and return on investment; Review industry publications and reports to evaluate demand and market trends; Conduct competition analysis by gathering data on competitors’ sales, product prices, distributions and marketing campaigns; Define and implement routine reports (weekly/monthly) for marketing campaigns; Provide detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews to management to improve pricing strategies, inventory control, business practices and marketing spending; Identify potential customers and design marketing strategies to promote products to new customers; Conduct advertising research, brand research, Web site utilization and optimization; Strategize integrated marketing campaigns based on all analyses and insights; Interpret analysis results into actionable marketing strategies; Research current trends and best practices in marketing analysis and tools/techniques; and Support the marketing team and manage product portfolios by communicating with suppliers and manufacturers in China about product pricing, quality, market trend and demand in the U.S. Job requirements: an advanced degree in market research, integrated marketing communications or related fields at least 3 years of work experience in marketing analysis, market research or related fileds fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English Interested candidates should send a resume to Kevin@d2suniform.com
